By renting the All-White Bounce House from Okie Tent Parties, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Supervision Required: A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the bounce house at all times while in use. Okie Tent Parties does not provide supervision unless previously arranged in writing.

Assumption of Risk: Use of the bounce house involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury. The renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with its use and releases Okie Tent Parties, its owners, and staff from any and all liability for injuries or damages that may occur.

Permitted Use: The bounce house may only be used indoors or in covered/protected outdoor areas (such as under a pavilion or structure that shields from sun, rain, and wind). Use in open or unprotected outdoor areas is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund. Even when using in protected outdoor space, the bounce house must not be used in high winds (15+ mph), rain, or other unsafe weather conditions. In the event of weather concerns, the renter is responsible for deflating and securing the bounce house immediately.

Proper Use: The bounce house is intended for light recreational use only. Rough play, flips, wrestling, or overcrowding are not allowed. No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, face paint, glitter, or pets are permitted inside the bounce house.

Photo Shoots: For hourly photo shoot rentals, the bounce house is for decorative and light posing use only.

Surface Requirements: The bounce house must be set up on a clean, flat surface free of debris, sharp objects, or hazards. If indoors, ensure adequate space and ceiling clearance.

Damage & Cleaning: The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. A cleaning or damage fee may be charged if the bounce house is returned dirty, stained, or damaged.

Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event, at which time you may reschedule your event 1 time. If rental conditions are deemed unsafe or in violation of this agreement, Okie Tent Parties reserves the right to cancel or remove the bounce house without refund.

Hold Harmless: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Okie Tent Parties from any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of the bounce house.
