Your ultimate elevated camping experience for up to 5 sleepers in our spacious 16.4 ft. diameter / 9.8 ft. high outdoor canvas tent! We set everything up for you, including complete sleeper setup with air mattresses, bedding, and decorations - all to the theme of your choice. This $700 party package includes: * 24-Hour Rental * Delivery * Setup+ & Styling * Next Day Collection * Giant Canvas Bell Tent Measuring 16.4 ft. diameter / 9.8 ft. high * Complete Sleep Setups for up to 5 * Air Mattresses * Bedding * Decorative Themed Pillows * Fairy Lights * Sleeper Name Cards * Bed Trays When scheduling, please select your desired drop off time. Set up will start within a 2-hour window before or after the time you select. Setup takes 60-90 minutes to complete. An Okie Tent Parties architect will be in touch to confirm the details of your order and date, after which a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to hold your reservation. Balance is due upon delivery and setup. Rental fee is $700 + $200 refundable deposit which covers damage, excessive cleaning needs, and a rainy day fee. If it rains or your site is muddy, a flat $100 fee will apply. Any damage will be assessed on a per item basis. Okie Tent Parties includes next day collection of all rented items, at which time the tent should be free of any trash or personal belongings. If trash is present and additional cleaning is required, the deposit is forfeited.
