Booking with Us!
To book with us, you can message us or book online! We require a deposit of $75 to hold your party date. This deposit goes towards the remainder of your party balance.
Custom parties & large parties of 11+ require a $100 deposit. This is still applied to your final balance. Message us or shoot a text with any questions you have! 918-378-9095 :)

What Happens after Booking?
Once your date is booked, we get started planning your setup! Okie Tent Parties will work with you a few days before party date to schedule a setup & pickup time that works best.
We provide bedding (pillows, sheets, throw blankets), twin size air mattress, throw pillows, trays, fairy lights, matching decor, and tents of course!

Party Day!!
On Party Day, Okie Tent Parties staff will arrive to the setup location between the scheduled times discussed prior. The setup space must be clear and free of animals and people while we setup. This helps us setup quick and efficiently. Okie Tent Parties will not be responsible for clearing your space, moving furniture, etc. We are usually on a tight schedule with multiple party setups in one day with setup times all planned. If your space is not ready or there is not enough room for your party, Okie Tent Parties will reschedule your party time / day and a travel fee will be required.
The next day, Okie Tent Parties staff will arrive between the scheduled pickup times discussed prior. Please be sure you are available during the scheduled pickup times, or leave instructions on how we can complete our pickup during the scheduled time if you will not be there. As we have many setups in one day, we also have many pickups and run on a planned schedule. A travel fee will be required if we are unable to access the location during our scheduled pickup times / if we are required to reschedule pickup times without advanced notice.
We do understand emergencies happen and are happy to work with you. We just need some time as we travel all over Oklahoma for parties! :)
